IE6 and Axel Player does not work

After upgrading to the latest and greatest IE6.... so I thought. I am not
able to download Axel Player, which is used in Ecard. I think it's security
related.

There are no messages, I go to the INSTALL button and get nothing. The
software if loaded correctly suppose to get an image, I get nothing.
Go to this website and find a 3-D card to see what I am talking about.

Please place your mouse cursor where the image should be... does a tooltip
appear requesting that you click to active a control?
 
No I don't get a tooltip.
When I press the INSTALL button, it appears something is going on. A few
seconds latter the screen is refreshed with a box and a coloured icon in the
top right hand corner. I am suppose to get "do you want to install" but I do
not get anything. I believe the 3D logo is suppose to appear.
