When attempting to download a RTF file from a HTML Web site page I get the
open or save message. I want to always open this file type but the Always
Box is checked and grayed so I can't change it. I have unchecked Confirm
After Download for the RTF file type in Folder Options, but I still get the
open/save message.
Is it possible that the RTF file is being controlled by the HTML file --
i.e., requiring that the HTML file type also must have Confirm After Download
unchecked?
Can anyone tell me how to eliminate this open/save message for RTF files.
You may respond directly to my e-mail addres.
