Everytime I boot up IE's connection configuration changes
to "Never dial a connection" from the configuration I
set "Dial whenever a network connection is not present".I
configured the connection within control panel.I have to
configure the connection every time I boot. Oper. sys. XP

Sounds like you have some parasites...
