I use Windows XP Home. When I try to launch IE, I get following message
everytime and IE will not open.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.
Runtime Error
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

What is causing this? What do I need to do get the IE back? This has never
happened before. Your help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.

Hi Frustrated :-)

The most common cause of this problem is the Google toolbar. If you hae it
installed go to Control Panel> Add/Remove programs and uninstall it.

Hope this helps.
