some of the fonts on some websites are too small to read...please help

Hi Harvey 
You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, in addition to Alan's
suggestion, try the following as it may apply to your OS and see if it
helps:
If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and move the
wheel. This may get your fonts back to the size you want.

Check in IE>Tools>Internet Options>General tab>Accessibility
For normal viewing nothing should be checked in these sections. Also check
the setting in Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Display is set to Windows
Standard and make sure the High Contrast is not checked.

Try disabling any third-party security/privacy programs you have
running. A program such as Norton Internet Security, a firewall, ad-blocker,
etc might be involved.
