IE6.0.28. No Graphics

The problem seems to be the same as Mary Lou. from a
previous post.

Most of the web pages I go to now have only the red X
where the graphic should be.

I'm running Windows 2000 sp4 and the problem started with
the last 2 hotfixes after sp4 was applied.
