Hi,

Does anyone know if MS Anti Spyware will be updated so it can trap and
remove ie4321.exe, 11019.exe, and the other associated spyware and worms
alike these? My laptop is badly infected by them and the MS Anti Spyware
software does not pick them up at all.

ie4321.exe is not a worm, but a Trojan. MSAS was NOT designed to detect, nor
remove Trojans. A good AV program should pick this up. If not, then a
program such as Trend Micro's sysclean
(http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/sysclean.com, see also
http://kb.trendmicro.com/solutions/search/main/search/solutionDetail.asp?solutionID=25991)
should do the trick. You must also download the latest definition fileset
(http://www.trendmicro.com/download/viruspattern.asp), decompress it, and
place the lpt$vpn.??? (??? = the latest definition #) file in the same folder
as the sysclean.com program. You can also try Kaspersky
(http://www.kaspersky.com/trials?chapter=146481750).

make certain to run these in Safe Mode (press F8 before initial Windows
screen during boot/reboot, press F8 again to access Advanced Options screen
if neccessary, and choose option that only states Safe Mode).
