Did you fix it? I notice that you have commented out:

Do you have IE5 Web Accessories? Perhaps its Images List
command can help you diagnose your problem. FWIW it sees
the three "img src=" but does not see any of the background files:

background="banner_back.jpg"
background="bannerBG.gif"
background="botbannerBG.gif"
background="odometer.gif"

Do you see all of them at least?

Does the date overlay work? Perhaps you should try setting
Active Scripting to a prompt and see if there are any differences
without it? BTW the problem frame was rendered last when I tried that.
