Hi,
can anyone help? When I click on IE or anything on my
desktop I get this error...Internet explorer has
encounted an error and needs to close, on the 'more info'
link it says..
Error signature
AppName:iexplore.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1106
ModName:flt.dll ModVer: 2.0.0.3 Offset 00002392

Its only today its happened,i cannot click anything on my
desktop,cannot access docuuments from my start
menu,though i can sign into msn messenger ok,i'd be
greatful for any info...I ran chkdsk to no avail,though i
do not know how to run it with the 'fix' parameter
thankyou.

Try a system restore first. if that does'nt work check
out this microsoft article 318378 how to reinstall IE and
OE
Good luck, oh ya try the system restore in safe mode,
press f8 repeatatly on startup .
