does anyone know how to get the toolbar and address bar?
i tried already but i cant get them on. anyyone have any
suggestions i tried right click but it dont work? thanx

Your toolbars are probably locked. Go to View menu, select what you want from Toolbars submenu, go there again and uncheck "Lock toolbars" - then you'll be able to drag and drop the toolbars where you want them to be placed - some of them might be initially placed in corners of the window so look for them carefully :) When finished its better to check "lock toolbars" again to avoid moving them by mistake.
