IE wont start

Internet explorer has stopped running on my computer.
When ever i attempt to run it the my system hangs for a
second and then nothing happens. Although i just found
out that if i click on my new emails button on MSN
Internet explorer will load. I just installed Norton
antivirus 2004 right before this happend so i am think it
may have something to do with it. Any help would be
appreciated.

What happens if you disable NAV?
