IE won't start in for guest user

All of a sudden Internet Explorer stopped working in my
guest user accounts. It used to work fine and now when a
guest tries to open it, it says "an error has occured,"
and it sends a report to Microsoft.

Any help would be great. Will someone please email me?
 
Hi Ryan,

Login as Administrator

1. Close all instances of Internet Explorer
2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Internet Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this resolve the problem in Guest user account, then the problem is due
to a malware BHO loaded.
Use BHODaemon and disable unwanted browser helper plugins:
