IE wont show a photogallery

Hello.. Could someone please help me? I just buyed a new computer, enhanced
security and all.. But it's not functional since it doesn't allow me to se a
photogallery in my subscrption news paper. Also when I read my hotmail, it
doesn't show the pictures I received, which I have allowed. They just appear
like a red X in a box... I read my mail in other computers and I can see
them!!!
And, finally but still very important, I cannot push some java sign in
buttons in some web pages, so I cannot LOGIN to services I have!!! I hate
this, could somebody please help me?????

IE6 does not come with Java support.
