This morning in Normal mode, I can't get IE to run. All I
get is the box asking if I want to send the error report
to MS. I can't even open Control Panel.
The only way to run IE or CP is in Safe Mode. Anyone have
help on this?

In the Error -Reporting dialog, click "To see what data this report contains" and note down the MODNAME. Post back here.
