ie wont let me use netscape

My internet explorer is always screwing up on me and I
want to use netscape insted, but my Pc won't open
Netscape up. I click on the icon and the hour glass
loading icon pops up on my mouse pointer, but only for a
second, then it goes away like I never even clicked on
it. The only thing that I can get to work internet wise
is the Ie and I've had it with ie!!! It's constantly
freezing up on me in the middle of browsing and it'll
keep asking me if I want to end now I click end now and
the stupid thing will still be there frozen. I click
again and it'll ask me to end now. The process will
repeat itself for awhile until finaly it wizens up and
learns that I actually want it to end now. Then it'll
throw this then asking me to send now meaning the
problem. Which I do almost every time and nothing ever
happens. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its likely that your PC is broken, not IE. IE5 and (more so) IE6 are very
sensitive to O/S instabilities. You should focus on fixing your PC.
