Two times this has happened on a brand new computer. When
I try to change Internet Options via the Tools menu I get
a message like "Action not allowed, contact system
administrator". I am the system administrator. Why can't
I change the setting on my own computer?
Both times I had to recover to a previous timepoint to
enable the Internet Options.
The only thing I can think is that is related to Norton
Internet Security which I run. But again why won't it let
me the system administrator change the settings.
Anyone have an idea?
Thank you
