I am running WIN 2K at home with IE 6 sp1. A while ago I
noticed the I was unable to go to google.com. When I try
I get a green screen with a message that says, "there is
no website configured at this address." I've also
noticed that I can go to yahoo but searchs will not
work. As a result I have had to use dogpile.com - which
is decent but I really miss google. I have reinstalled
IE to no avail. I've also try the mozilla browser and
have the same problem. This leads me to think that it
may be a windows issue and not IE but I am really not
sure and thought I'd start here.

Any help is greatly appreciated-

thanks

Google search from their website or from within IE using the Google toolbar?

Also, the Alexa toolbar will function via Google so you could try that one
too - www.alexa.com
