Went to that folder but file not there. Also when page
loads it has page may have been removed or name changed.
Its an unknown protocol not encrypted also size, created,
modified, and type not available on properties.

Hello again ok when I try to delete it it says are you
sure you want to delete the selected cookie(s), I say yes
and it don't delete it. When I hit details it has a
black dot next to it and nothing comes up when I click it.
