You want IE to open new windows in a new tab?
actually you can't do that with Internet Explorer.
but there is a Freeware Spyware-Free IE-Based browser that can handle that;
it's name is "Avant Browser".
This browser actually uses IE for showing webpages so the webpages in Avant
Browser will have a descent look!
there are some nice buttons in it for blocking Pictures, Audio and Flash
Avant browser will use your IE bookmark list and can also bookmark a group
of tabs
It's skinnable as well ;-)
