IE Window Title Changes Back After Reboot

When I change the IE window title, it changes back after
I reboot. It used to last. I don't know what happened.
Any ideas? Thanks. (IE6 and XP Home)

Perhaps a failed attempt? Try it again.

No, it didn't fail. It works fine until I reboot my
computer. It used to work even after rebooting, but now
it doesn't. I don't know what went wrong.
 
Try this:

Click Start | Run | and type the following commands one by one: and press
Enter

"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll,BrandCleanInstallStubs"
"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll, Clear"

What does it change to?

Your ISP may have provided you with a .reg file that if run from the
registry.
