how can i make IE open full screen everytime?
it is not remembering.

Hi,
To force IE to remember the size of your last opened window, try one of the
following two methods:
Method 1:
Close all open IE windows.
Spawn a single IE session.
Drag the lower right corner of the window to the desired size (filling the
screen if necessary).
Exit that IE session.
Now, whenever you open an IE session, it will 'remember' its last opened size.
Method 2:
Alternatively, an MVP, PA Bear, provides the following link on maximizing IE:
http://www.jiisoft.com/iemaximizer/
This program will cause IE to open mazimized rather than simply sized largely.

Have you tried rebooting your computer and then uninstalling the software?
