Brian

For some reason if I try to open multiple copies of IE
6.0 it only refreshes the one I have open when I used to
be able to open 3-4 seperate occurances.

Example, I have open espn.com and want to go read an
article, instead of opening a new window it loads it into
that one.

Its really annoying, any and all help will greatly be
appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi Brian :-)

Since you did not post necessary information such as the version of Windows
or IE you are using, I can only make a general suggestion. You might try the
following and see if it helps:

New Window Issue

or.......

Open Multiple Windows In IE

To keep more than one browser window open at a time, click File in the main
menu, select New, then Window. To close a browser window, click the X in the
top right-hand corner or select Close from the File menu. You can also open
a new browser window with Ctrl+N.

Later, select the Programs and click the [reset web settings] button.
Click OK.

From IE> Tools> Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Reuse windows
for launching shortcuts."

And... you have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows-
something like Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, a firewall, Earthlink (or
another) pop-up blocker, etc.

You'll have to uninstall the program or turn off the feature that's blocking
new windows.

With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.
