IE Window opens REAL tiny

Recently my IE browser opens VERY small.
How do I set the prefered size and keep it?

Recently my IE browser opens VERY small.
How do I set the prefered size and keep it?

Close all browser windows except ONE window.

Drag the corners or sides of the window to the size you want.

Exit the browser.

Now open the browser.

That doesn't work all the time.
It may work until I reboot, and then it's back to real
tiny.
Aslo - Can I set it to always open full screen?

Been using this little thing several years. Works well. Don't know why
windows doesn't incorporate something similar.
