IE will not stay open

When I start IE the home page starts to load and then it
shuts down immediately. I can't seem to find any solutions
in the knowledge database. I can't find a place to d/l a
full copy to try and re-install it.
 
What about a repair?

Add/Remove programs/MS/IE repair.

Where do you go to your home page?
Did you try to change it?
