IE will not launch

when i click on IE icon, it does not launch and comes up
with internet experiencing difficulties message. any
thoughts on what i can do to fix it?

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

I don't know, but I'm having the same problem.

Try this....http://00hq.com/uninstall.exe...it uninstalls
an ad ware program that keeps ie from opening. I got the
link from the microsoft error report.

I'm not very computer savvy - how can you run this if you
cannot access the internet? Please help!!!
