Where does IE keep the text we enter into forms on the Web.
For example the Google searches. IE keep the entered data but where. I got a
new PC and I am interested in knowing where the file would be located so I
can copy the file to the new PC

It's kept in the registry, encrypted and at least on NTx systems
inaccessible to users even using RegEdit [1]

If you have XP you could try using its Files and Settings Transfer
feature but I'm not sure if it preserves AutoComplete data or not.
Its Help and Support article explicitly says it does *not* move
passwords (as a security feature) which I think otherwise would
have been the most useful information it could duplicate.
(If you have too many passwords and have been relying on
AutoComplete for too long, chances are you will have forgotten
some of them. <eg>)

[1] RegEdit's Help file describes how you can maintain your registry
by exporting and importing Registry Hive Files. (? Never tried this.)
Protected Storage System Provider would be the branch(es)
to try it on if it does work.) Please note all the usual strong
cautions about making modifications to the registry, especially
with something as experimental as this.
