IE Use default - Original website Disappeared

My internet explorer "USE DAFAULT" has been replaced by other website instead
of MSN website. I have done many times on the "Reset Web Setting" but the
problem still occured every time i restart the computer. Can anyone tell me
how to put the original website as the "Use Dafault". Is that anything can be
done without reinstall the Internet explorer.

First eliminate any spyware.

Looks like you have been hijacked.
Does Use Blank work for About:Blank instead?

Is that anything can be done without reinstall the Internet explorer.

If I have installed the spyware or what ever, will the original default MSN
website automatically be back?

Are you sure you have right to do it?What right of the user you
use,user or administrator?Maybe the user that you use don't have
administrator right.Add your user to administrators group.

Was that a typo for "uninstalled"? I don't think so. I think the main point
of the cleanups are to prevent a reinfection. Once you have prevented
reinfection presumably any customization changes you make will stay
as normal.
