IE Update Error

When the Cumulative Patch for IE 6 came out in october
2003 because of
security issues, I dowmnloaded it. But now every time I
start up my computer, it downloads the same file over and
over again and still insists that I don't have it. Even
when I go to the Windows Update Website and check my log,
it says I've successfully downloaded the patch like 8
times!! Please Help Me!!!

Always disable your anti-virus application and close all other running
processes before downloading/installing from Windows Update and any MS page.

You Are Prompted to Install Updates That You Have Already Installed (WinXP)
