IE toolbars

Is there anyway to remove a IE tool bar that you've
unistalled, isnt listed in add remove programs and cant
locate and folders for? I unistalled this toolbar but
everytime I open IE it comes up and when I right click
tool bar there isnt a name for this toolbar.. its just a
blank line with ckeck next to it. I clicked the links on
the bar and it goes through some Hotsearch.com site but
there is nothing on that site on how to remove the
toolbar or that its even from them.. PLEASE HELP
