I have been all over looking for IE Toolbar skins. There are several places out there, but I keep finding sites that try to sneak search bars and that clock updater program into the executable. I know it's to keep their sites free, but that is sneaky! A kid that isn't watching every step of the installation will get burned! My AVG also caught several attempts at viruses from themesunlimited.com and appleblossomcart.com.
Is there a reputable place to get skins...one that preferrably lets you just :"save picture as" capabilities?
Or better yet, where would I find a freeware program that would let me create my own bitmaps for IE Toolbar wallpaper?
