Hi;

Is there a toolbar program that will allow me to place my folders on it
and have the visible at all times? I would like to place folders on the
tool bar like "News". I would then click the News folder, and my
favorites that I stored in that folder would drop down, like
"www.cnn.com"

As an example, I place three folders on the toolbar, "Email", "News",
and "Automotive".
My favorite automotive sites are stored in the Automotive folder, My
favorite News sites are stored in the News folder, and my hotmail
account, yahoo account and gmail accounts are stored in my Email
folder. As soon as I click on the email folder for example, my three
favorites would drop down and I can click to where I want to go.

Any pointers to a toolbar with this function would be appreciated.

You can move those folders to your links toolbar.
When you click on the folder it gives you a dropdown list of what is in the
folder.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
First, have you tried the Links button? If you give the Links button it's
own line on the toolbar, sub-folders will stay visible.

Or if you just want to add custom buttons to IE's own toolbar.

Here's a pretty easy method I haven't seen before:
