IE tool bars revert after locking

I arrange my toolbars, and links folder and then I lock
it and the next time I open IE 6 everything is back to
the way it was before I locked it, I just got a new HP
media center so I am not used to the xp or IE6.

Go to Start | Run and type
regedit
and press <Enter>. On the Strtup tab uncheck Autotkit if it's there.
