IE Temporary Internet files

There are no "secret" folder locations for temporary internet files.
Right-click on your Desktop Internet Explorer icon and select:
Properties > Settings > View Files

Their display restriction needs to be lifted first.

1) My Documents > Tools > Folder Options > View tab >
Adv. Settings > Hidden files & folders: select Show hidden...
Hide protected OS files, untick this
Click to expand...
Apply > OK

2) My Computer
Local Disk (C:)
Documents & Settings
<Your name here>
Local Settings
Temp Internet Files

Don't forget to hide them again after finishing your task.
