ie takes 20 secs to load - any ideas?

After the last update for Windows, my ie slowed to 20 secs to come up and
hyperlinks in email take that long as well. I've restored to a point before
that update and I still have the problem. Any ideas? (Windows Pro sp2) Thank
you.

They take 20 secs. to load. They used to come right up when I clicked on
links. This happens in ie and oe. Thanks.

It is possible that I might have spyware, malware but I run spy sweeper,
spywareBlaster, spybot and Search as well as Ad-Aware. Nothing comes up.

alot of times they dont even load or say cant find page then if i refresh it
will show page
