Hi Haim,

Since this issue happens on several computer, it is most likely caused by
certain 3rd party applications you installed on these computers. Let's
enter enter Safe Mode with networking:

1. Restart your computer and when you get a menu that let you to
select an operating system or when you see the progress bar, press F8.
2. Choose Safe Mode with Networking and then press Enter.
3. Then you will boot into Safe Mode with networking.

If this issue doesn't happen in Safe mode with networking, we need to use
clean boot to narrow down this issue. For more information, we can refer to
these 2 articles:

Q310353: How to Perform a Clean Boot in Windows XP.

Q310560 How to Troubleshoot By Using the Msconfig Utility in Windows XP
<http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q310/5/60.asp>

Note: For Win2000 clients, you can copy the msconfig.exe copied from the
WinXP computers.

Hi thanks for the idea
I already checked this option and the problem still
exists while working via safe boot with networking :-((

Hi Haim,

Before further steps, I'd like to know:

1. Does this issue happen to ALL of the clients in the LAN? If so, this
issue could be caused by Proxy/ISA server.

2. Does this issue happen to ALL of the web sites? If not, this issue could
be caused by the html code on certain web sites.

3. At a test, if one of the clients connect to the Internet directly by
dial-up, will it has this issue?

I look forward to hearing from you.
