IE stays active after closing with weird address

Occasionally after i close the IE browser window,it
remains active while minimized(even though i dont minimize
it,i close it)and the address thats showing in the box is
something like adserv.nitrous fuel.......(couldnt get it
to do it again before posting this)what is this and how do
i get rid of it?
 
Thanks for your response,thats kinda what i thought,I used
to have spybot,but i think I uninstalled it,the programs i
show running
are:explorer,RNAPP,Loadqm,lvcoms,mswheel,systray,and SRNG
(this is another thing that always shows not
responding),is this spyware?and how can i get rid of it?
its not shown in the startup,or find option,to delete it.

You have an adware/spyware program running. Try these freeware programs:

Ad-aware 6- Lavasoft: http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot - Search & Destroy: http://security.kolla.de/
BHODemon 1.0: http://www.definitivesolutions.com/bhodemon.htm

If Ad-aware fixes the problem, you don't have to run all of them, but
occasionally one of these programs will find something that the other
missed.
