XP multiuser w/ IE

Hello, I am somewhat the amateur with XP. After logging
on as one user(nonadmin) and trying to RUN AS Internet
Explorer as the user I normally use(lets say Bob) I've
encountered a problem. Now, whenever I log on XP as Bob
and try to run Internet Explorer I get, "Interenet
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"
with an optional error report send. Now the only way I
can use Internet explorer logged on as Bob is if I RUN AS
Owner(admin). All the other users (when logged on) are
having no problem with IE. Anyone's help with this
problem would be greatly appreciated

Since you are not having the problem with each user, it's not likely the
problem is Internet Explorer, rather a result of something else going on.

When you are logging on to this account, are you using Fast User Switching
or are you booting and logging on from the Welcome screen? In other words,
when you log on to this account, were you in another account, then logged
off that account and logged on to this one or are you booting and then
logging on?

If you are using Fast User Switching when this occurs, try it by simply
booting the system and logging on to the account and see if you have the
problem. If no, the problem is related something you have running that
isn't compatible with Fast User Switching. Many applications were designed
for that and are not compatible with it.
