IE shutdown

For the last month or so I keep getting the IE block that
tells me that IE has to close... I keep sending the error
report to MIsft.. no answer...
Any suggestions or reasons why it does this..JK

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.
