IE scroll in frames

Hi there,

When I scroll up/down using IE, it is not smooth
scrolling but in frames. It is quite a nuisance
especially if you are reading a long article.

Please HELP to advise on what settings to change.

This was caused by a bug in the Q824145 patch (Security Update from about 2
months ago)

You should now go to Windows Update and download the latest Cumulative
Security Update for IE6 SP1- KB832894

It will fix the scroll problem.
