How can I repair the IE? What is the procedure to repair it? or how can I
uninstall IE?

the best way to repair IE is to install mozilla and use a more secure
browser
 
Yep Don, I'm using IE6 everytime I log on to msn.com the IE can't display
the flash images. How can I fix this problem?

First you will have to remove SP2 from Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.
Then:

How to Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows
XP

Make sure your anti-virus is turned off.

Then you can re-install SP2.
