IE pulls up wrong url/Alexa.com=mysite.com

Alexa keeps corrupting on me in IE, so I have a link on my
site: http://www.testshoot.com/home.asp at the
bottom "support our rankings" should go to:
http://download.alexa.com/?amzn_id=testshootcom

but I see my own homepage.

already deleted cache, history, index.dat, even changed
dns servers. my system is windows 200 server, dns is not
running locally

I run adaware and s&d daily, I am not a newbie

also did ipconfig /flushdns, just incase, changed my dns
servers too

That caused a redirect to:
< http://download.alexa.com/exec/p/index.cgi?amzn_id=testshootcom >

It looped around there to pick up a cookie and then went here:
< http://download.alexa.com/alexa7/startpage.html?p=alexadownload&amzn_id=testshootcom >

probably because I don't have the Alexa toolbar installed.

Maybe you should try deleting any Cookies you have from Alexa?

yep, all cookies were deleted, all cache, index.dats, and
i even rebooted, when i click that link i see my
splashpage with a broken image, something funny going
on... i will worry about it after our upgrades to server
