IE Problems

My IE has very slow browsing, but most of the time, IE wont go. I have to
click on a link like 4 times before it starts to go, and sometimes even if it
starts to go, it is still slow. Also most of the time, the page will come up
that says that the page cannot be displayed. Even going to google it takes
forever and sometime goes to cannot be displayed. PLEASE HELP!
