Lisa

On some pages that I view, I am receiving a message
stating that an error has occured. There is a box checked
to restart Internet Explorer and at the bottom are two
buttons: Send Report and Don't Send

Upon clicking the blue link I viewed the following
information.

AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: mshtml.dll ModVer: 6.0.2800.1170
Offset: 000b4430

Can someone please help. I've sent 4 reports within 30
minutes tonight.

Vincenzo,

I just wish to send you my thanks for you help. The page
worked great and my problem is now fixed. Before I came
to these newsgroups, I tried MSN Support and also tried
Gateway Support, since that is where my computer was
purchased. Neither place was able to resolve the
situation.

Thanks for all your help. And tell your boss that I say
you deserve a large raise ;)
