I have a internal network with about 200 stations and
everything station is working find. They can surf the net
and everything. however I have one station here that
suddenly can't surf the www.google.ca site, but the other
ones can. Any reason for that.

that station is up to date with patches.

servers are up to date also with dhcp, dns setup.

Any Ideas?

Thank you in advance
Jesse

First thing to do is look in the Hosts file to see if there are any listings there. The file is just Hosts, with no file extension. Right click and open with Notepad.

The QHosts virus also screws around with search engine settings. Any AV with current virus definition files should be able to fix that, or a quick visual check is to look for the folder C:\Bdtmp which the infection creates. If you have QHosts, you will probably be seeing a lot more problems than just the one site, though.
