When ever I click on IE, I get the message, "Page Cannot
Be Displayed." However, I am still able to access the
internet through RealOne Player's media browser. My
internet service provider (Comcast, cable) said it was
a "win soc" problem. Any help or advice? Thanks. Jerry

First eliminate the possibility of scumware. See

You can't go to *any* web pages or just certain pages?
Are your connections settings for Real Player the same as for IE?

I don't know if the settings for Real Player are the same
as IE. How do I find out? (we can't access any websites
unless we go thru Real Player, where we can access all web
sites). THanks
