Well I've been having this problem with IE where when I
start up any folder and IE when I visit webpages. It says
that IE is "not a valid date. I've tried reinstalling IE
and that didn't fix the problem. I tried system restore
but problem would just comeback the next day. I've tried
repair reinstallation and that didn't fix problem and now
the computer runs slower and in fact won't open the
folders and now my system restore says it can't find the
entry point for it in the Winsta.dll. So what I want to
know is if my only option to fix this would be to just do
a fresh install of windows xp home. I'm open to any other
ideas.
