I stumbled across this and it looks interesting. It's supposed to clean your
browser cache, cookies and many other things. I have a question for anyone
how has tried it. Does it have a process running in the background all the
time? I couldn't find any info about that on the web site:

If you set it to clean up at shutdown, it will start up with the computer
and run in the background to be ready to go when you shut the computer down.
I have it set this way, and it uses next to no resources. I love the
program, which can be configured to do most anything that the $40 Window
Washer program can do, but for FREE and with far less usage of system
resources. I highly recommend it.

Not so, if you're referring to the index.dat files that can only be cleaned
when Windows is not loaded. If you set IE Privacy Keeper to clean them at
shutdown, when the computer is restarted, they will be deleted then freshly
recreated (emptied).

Thanks...I figured it must have something running in the background to do
this. It just wasn't clear on the web site. I will give it a try.
