When I get a window that opens up- from a link or what
ever- it pops um minimized. It is just a tiny part of the
top of the window that shows up. How do I make t hem popup
as a full or partial screen?

If you're on someone's web site, then it may be set to do it that way.

It is not the web site because I go to other sites and it
does the same thing- but with other computers it does not
come up that small??

Ok, if it does it on all sites then IE keeps track of where you last opened
a window and/or resized it. I believe I read a document once that explained
it but ... I believe you have to open one window, resize it, move it to
where you want and then close it. You cannot have other windows open. It
must be the last one and then when you open a new window, it will open where
and at what size you last used. Additional windows should cascade from
there unless they are a popup window that is opened with features of width,
size and x and y.

HTH...
