IE Popup Blocker doesn't always work

I have found over the past few weeks that the IE 7 popup blocker now
lets some popups thru that used to be blocked. I have the popup
blocker set for high,

Can someone recommend a good, free popup blocker that will stop
the popups now getting thru.

Alas not all spam/popup blockers are fullproof.
You might want to check out the Google Toolbar, as it does some popup
blocking of it's own.
Alternatively you can use http://www.getfirefox.com
And find AdBlock Plus on https://addons.mozilla.org
and use that as your ad/popup solution; I use the latter extensively and
am rarely bothered by common cybergarbage.
