Did you install a host file or possibly AdShield?
The latter does the same thing on my computer.
The best way is to block the server from tracking you in the first place
Blocking Ads with a Hosts File and AdShield. Under the Security Tab download
the hosts.zip file. http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
